Welcome........ Northernhay is a small, independent, family-run Retirement Home situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, in spacious and peaceful surroundings, at the top of the beautiful, historic riverside town of Dartmouth. Northernhay is registered with the 'Commission for Social Care Inspection' (CSCI), and a member of the 'Residential Care Homes Trust'. We are "home" for 18 elderly people and are registered with Devon County Council as a Residential Care Home under Part 1 of the Registered Homes Act 1984. We are not registered for those assessed as EMI (Elderly Mentally Infirm) or as a Nursing Home.
