All our meals are "home cooked" daily by our chef
who will be happy to hear of your favourite meals and to include
them in our menu. We cater for most tastes including vegetarians
and special dietary requirements.
Breakfast
is served in individual's rooms and other meals are taken
in the dining room or, if you prefer, in your own room.
Menu Planning
This responsibility is shared between the Manager and chef
to make sure nutritional needs are balanced with medical,
health and care issues.
Menus
are planned some time in advance to allow time to purchase
sufficient nutritious ingredients and to consult with those
in our care regarding the proposed menu.

try to offer a choice of food that has involved those in our
care in the final planning stages. The same meal is not served
within 7 days of it last being served unless specifically
requested by persons in our care.
